    The customer starts the machine on first button on left. It fills, washes, heats and empties and I think at that point that is when the second led from left starts flashing!

    I posted the same message for the same machine in December 05.

    The fault then was an open circuit in the heater
    The machine is heating
    From the codes: = (reading from left to right)
    Led2=inlet valve

    Can anybody help? please

    Earth fault on heater if it is an IRCA heater replace with the Bleckman, most of the prob,s were caused by the Irca tubular element going down to earth etc cuases all sorts of weird faults.

    Thanks for the info, do you know part number?

    Does it look the same and is it just a straight replacement?

    The part number on Partfinder is C00057684 but it doesn’t specify which that is, presumably the improved part ?

    They used 2 but replacements were normaly the Bleckman never had an Irca as a replacement. It is written on it to confirm.

    This Part number C00057684 is what I fitted in December 05

    Cannot rember what it said on it but from what you say it should have been a Bleckman.
    I’ll have to go back and see if this one has gone down to earth, did not think it would be the heater again as it has only been in the machine three months!

    Thanks again
