As far as I know from reading the ‘Error Codes’ the 2nd & 4th lights flashing indicates a Pressure switch fault?
The pressure switch is very easy to access and test on this model, but it’s probably just crud in the pressure chamber or hose?

I think I’ve been taking the Error Codes too literally in this case Sandy as it only refers to a ‘Pressure Switch’ fault 😳
I didn’t realise these machines do indeed have a ‘Pressure Sensor’ as you mentioned earlier. And as the main circulation pump runs for a few seconds before the error shows, then it must be the pressure sensor either faulty or the flow from the pump is restricted for some reason (impellor fault even?) 😕
(Perhaps the “Known Error Codes” needs editing to include ‘Pressure Sensor’ as well as ‘Pressure switch’? 😕 )
