the base of the dishwasher is filling up with water and then the float puts the pump on if i empty the water out it works ok then fills up again i cant see where the water is leaking from because of restricted access can anyone give me any possible idea where it could be leaking from.

    thanks in advance

Salt pot clamp ring’s always a good one, failing that motor seals.

With both sides, door and panel under door removed you can see pretty much everywhere. With a dentist’s type mirror and torch you can check the circ pump seals run the machine till really hot as that is when the pump seals tend to leak.

Have a look in the bottom of the tub for small pin holes due to a flaw in the metal. We have had two of these, one on a Bosch, the other on a Hotpoint. Leaks worse when it gets hot.
