Hotpoint dishwasher hic 3c26 wf uk – e15 code

Google search says virtual sensor. What’s that?

dishwasher is 3 years old, making chugging noise then flashed e15

no leaks, no kinks, all clean as a whistle

if it is a sensor, which sensor it referring to and what’s the part number for it?

Thanks Dave, I had a look at the bulletin and at the end it says if problem is not solved then exchange the wash pump.

can I check that it’s not a typo? Both pumps are working fine, it still throws up e15 after 20 mins which I think it’s the change from main wash to drain then fill. My hunch that drain pump is the one that need exchanging. Unless I am wrong?

its a hard one
never fault finded on these yet but it seems this fault could be either motor at least thats the way i am reading it
