Customer reported not heating but no error code showing, found connector burnt on the heater, reconnected but no power to heater, pressure switch checked out ok,
Is there anything else in the circuit apart from the PCB?

    Regards
    John

Had one not heating the other day. Bit100 card looked alright but opened up the relay and found contacts quite burnt. New relay sorted it.

Yes and it only costs about £1.50.
A black, or sometimes white, block about 20mm X 15mm x 15mm. Five legs go into the pcb. Easy to change with a small soldering iron.
If you’re interested in broadening your skills, learn how to do this, it’s fun and very satisfying!
