Hotpoint Door Catch Plate

Just thought I would mention this for information. I bought some spares from a local firm who were closing down, including some Electruepart DOR6107 door catch plates, a pattern part to replace 1600882. I have tried a few of these and when fitted, the door won’t shut. They must be slightly wrong dimensionally.

Indeed they are/were incorrectly made, we had pretty much 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} failure (if you can call it that) on them fitting correctly.

Gen only now 😉
