Hi.
The door will not close correctly. Previously if I removed the door lock and flicked it back with a screwdriver it would work fine for a while before randomly doing it again however the last time I tried this it didn’t work!
I have replaced the lock with a new one but still no joy. As you close the door you can hear the catch click but not fully close.
I can’t see anything blocking the door.

as there are lots of machines a model will help us identify the machine

have had the hinges bent on these. if you close the door does it resist closing the last half inch or so

you can hear the door lock click but it just doesn’t lock closed.

Not sure what u mean by “ just does not lock closed”
The hinges may look ok but had a few where the door had been strained and bent hinges slightly. This had the effect of stopping the door closing properly and in fact you had to apply pressure to close door the last half inch
Also the door lock has an electrical switch make sure it’s connected properly and does not look out of position. It is this switch that tells the timer the door is shut so the programme can proceed
