    HPT WMA 76s. Fitted drum to this. Since then the door locks as soon as door is closed without pressing power button. Key sign comes up on display. It wont open without switching off at plug. Programmes and works fine.
    Have tried new interlock and taken all plugs off board and recoonected.

    have you checked the interlock triac on the board for short circuit ?

    Is it possible to solder on new part or do I have to get another board.

    Send the board off to EMW for them to test may be an option for you. I suspect if the interlock triac was faulty then it wouldn’t work at all. You say that all programmes work though don’t you? Very odd turn of events overall…..
