Hotpoint double oven – BD52 top oven not hot enough

This top oven doesn’t warm up well. Some heat but not hot enough to burn the hairs off your hand. The grill works fine.

I’m doubting that the thermocouple being the culprit. I’ve ordered the thermocouple as a precaution.

I can’t find the base element. Would this be accessible on the side rather the the rear? Just that I can’t see any wires going to the sides.

Any thoughts? Is it possible I can have the exploded diagram of the oven?

The serial number for this double oven is 16 1000056
