Hi: You replaced the stats & obviously checked the element for continuity.
Have you replaced the NTC & checked the wiring back to the board?

It only has the 2 thermostats and the heater.There is no ntc in the middle

then put a new heater in with s on it

its an ntc problem

What’s the serial no of the machine?…and I’ll give you the correct part no for the heater assy you need. 🙂

do i replace the heater with the same with 2 stats or the one with 3

doesnt matter, but your supposed to put the one with 3 on

As Helo says change the heater, if the heater and stats have had a good soaking you will get various thermistor faults, i’ve had a few recalls just fitting the stats trying to keep the cost down only to go back and fit a heater assy, JJ
