Hotpoint drum pulley

Newish machine, WF321P

Making a loud knocking noise when drum revolves. Seems to be coming from the drum pulley which is now an off white plastic job held on by one of the awful Indesit type torx bolts. 😥

With the belt removed there doesn’t appear to be a crack in the pulley but it is a little loose on the flats of the drum shaft.

Any of the Indesit/Comet engineers come across this?

I don’t suppose it would stop it working but it makes an awful noise.

Looks like a drum out job to change due to that stupid torx bolt as well. 😥

It must have been done washing the bed sheets & table cloths from Alex Reed’s visit a couple of weeks ago. 😉
