    Your machine will need dismantling completely to repair and replace the heating element spirals and thermostat. (Not an expensive repair really). I would suggest you check to see if we have a local independant repairer in your area by clicking here: Repairs@

    I think this machine has the old type single element, more prone to failure than stats on this one, although PF shows spirals. Still not something that is easy to dismantle without experience.
