Hotpoint dryer FTCF87BGG(UK)

Hi, Ive had a call from a customer that has this dryer that won’t stop unless it’s on a timed setting. I haven’t seen it yet but they have told me it counts down to 1 min then just keeps going. I’m guessing it will be one of the thermistors causing the problem but just wondered if anyone had come across this before. Connect list 2 thermistors, front and rear.

[electrofix]

would have thought if the ntc are too far out you would get a fault code
but dug this out to help
