Hotpoint Dryer No Display

HI I have a Hotpoint TCHL73BRPUK and im not getting any display.
I have checked the electrics and all is fine.
I have changed the main PCB and this has not solved my issue. I have also changed the display board and still not powering up. I have check the circuit from the pcb to display board and the cable is fine, also getting 240v through the cable.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this.

you say you have changed the main pcb but how ?

these boards are blank when you get them and need to be programmed. so unless you bought the programmer and software then it wont work

I ordered it from my own supplier who gets the boards programmed.
I am a domestic engineer

not sure what to suggest as have no relevant tech

1 are you sure he has programmed the correct software for the Ind code ?

2 what was initial fault or was that a blank display problem ?

If you are a professional then why not apply for trade access as we can do a lot more with members such as provide tech info where available which we cant do on a public forum
