Hotpoint dryer TDWSF 83 EPZ

This was one of the replacement dryers. Customer original complaint in May of NDA. Needs new belt as shredded string is all that’s left and dryer full of fluff. Anyways up, dryer stripped to clean dust etc, belt replaced and all back to normal. Get a call today 2nd time they’ve used it ( 😉 ) and noisy. Went back in to find belt shredded again. Did notice that the drum speed is fairly rapid on this machine so not sure if that’s part of the fault. Anyone else had issue with this on these dryers or could it just be a crappy belt?

cant see anything in the tech apart from a note to make sure belt is in the centre of the motor grooves

Are the tension pulley bearing and drum support wheels ok? Full of fluff suggests mis-aligned drum. Graham
