I have the above dw. I noticed leak on the outlet hose , a small hole which looks like it was caused by heat from a metal tubalur elemnt above . I touched this element and got mild zap. I replaced hose but know when the dw start to fill up with water afetr about 40 sec the main breakers is activated in the fused board.

I assuming that for the main breaker to pop there must be a main fault and i suspect the tubalur elemet which i think is the heating elemt.

    Any advice greatlfully accepted .

    Cheers

The first and best advice you will ever receive is, don’t touch the machine inside whilst it is plugged in. :zap:

The machine and heater need to be checked out with the proper test equipment. AND THE PLUG REMOVED. 😉 The water could have got into other components as well.
