hotpoint dwf 31

Would just like to know if anyone has managed to fix an h2 error code on a hotpoint dwf31 dishwasher . I sent the board off to QER electroincs to have it tested and repaired but there was no fault found . everything else seems to test out ok including the heater element. Any ideas? as this problem i really bugging me, also for future reference this is not a board fault.

Manual only lists codes as 0 to 9, no mention of h, error 2 is heater fault.
I can e-mail you the Service test programme info if you wish.

Sorry but i have the service test program and have tried all that including reprograming the board alas to no avail. the heater is fine and it fills with water fine. In fact although it reads h2 code the machine actually works fine and goes through the whole program but just takes alot longer than it should. After about 20 mins the h2 goes off and it starts to count down as normal. Very strange.

Couldn’t be a delay timer could it? As in h2 = 2hrs.?
