Its a bosch in disguise, the machine fills and runs fine, but only one arm works at a time. I have cleaned water jets on arms, bottom ran ok, then top ran ok, but they won’t work together, water level is ok. any ideas please.
    Cheers John.

hi Mike, sorry dont get that, all d/w I know about, both arms rotate together, to obtain top and lower baskets to clean, as this macnine isnt cleaning properley, I have a bosch and both arms rotate together.
are you saying they alternate to clean !!!, if so I have never heard of that.

The heater box has a motorised flap valve inside, which diverts the flow alternately to the top and bottom rotors.

Many dishwashers are now made with mechanical device, either motorised or solenoid diverters which means water is only going through one of the spray arms at a time, they alternate throughout the programme. If you think theres a problem look at the actuator device that operates this system, it could be sticking in one position.

would think the prob is more likely to be the hose from inlet tank to tub full of sludge & not taking in enough water to get good pressure through the arms
