Had a call and customer says dishwaser sticks. Its on for about 6hrs and then she gets fed up and turns it off.

Was thinking anti flood device and its just making pump noise.

Any other reasons for it sticking for so long?

She should be seeing some of the lights flashing an error code.

Does it stick full or empty?

Depends when in the cycle it sticks. If it goes through the rinse at the start then there’s a fair chance that the heater is out of action. Check the heater & the stat.
