Hotpoint DWF30 Dishwasher – Heat Failure

Hi All,
The water heating has failed, although all other functions are still running as normal. I have located the heating element, but due to the inaccessibility, am unable to confirm if this has failed or if there is something else in the circuit that needs checking also. Any help out there for me?

With the right hand side panel removed you can easily access the heater to test it with the appropriate meter. Power off first of course !!!

Thanks Martin, I Have checked this and not flat to earth, and returns impedance through the heater terminal points, so all appears fine. But not sure if I am missing something else heater element related, or something else that may be inhibiting the heater form operating ?
