either RH side panel off remove 1 screw from pump & twist, or tip back, remove the 3 screws at the front of the base tray, push it down & remove the 3 torx screws from back of pump motor

Surely this is a Bosch based machine. No torx screws in back of pump motor, no single screw in front of pump.

Door outer panel off, plastic plinth off, inner front plate removed, pull off corrugated plastic hose from sump to fill matrix to access pump. Remove wires, depress locking tab and twist off.

Forgot to mention, you can access the pump impellor and flap valve from inside the tub. Remove the filters and at the bottom of the sump at around 9.00 o’clock there is a single torx screw securing an ‘L’ shaped cover. Remove this and you can then see the impellor and valve. you can often clear blockages from here, watch out for any glass though.
