hotpoint dwf32 dishwasher not fully draining

my hotpoint dwf32 dishwasher doesnt drain out fully, i have cleared blockages afte taking left panel off plastic thingy with three hose’s connectd to it with a red thing at the top that goes up and down when water is running is clear, where is the pump located as i cannot take back off only side panels

This is a Bosch based machine and so it has a sealed base, pump access is rather difficult requiring removal of door panel, lower plinth etc.

If the pump is faulty it will not drain out at all.

You can check the pump impellor from inside the tub. If you remove the filter and look down into the sump, at around 8,o’clock you will see a small ‘L’ shaped cover secured by a single torx screw. If you remove this you can access the pump impellor and the black rubber, non return valve, watch out for bits of glass when you put your fingers in there.
