    Was told it isnt cleaning, ran test cycle on quick wash 35 deg, all works ok, but found the soap dispenser opened after approx 7-10 mins, most D/W I have worked on open after a few minutes. is this correct !!
    also do the other heat programes have a prewash (preset) !!

    First thing to check on Bosch based machines is gunged up pipework, transfer hose along the front, pressure/float switch assy and fill chamber in particular.

    Have sent you some bedtime reading. 😉
