Hotpoint DWF33 Dishwasher

Customer reported It cuts out after various time periods, by tapping the facia in no particular place it starts again, she said she has looked on the internet and seen several cases with the same fault but no solution. I was there looking at her oven but typically it did fault while i was there, I looked at the switch and the module but no visual signs of problems. Tried tapping the facia whilst it was running but nothing, has anyone come across this before or any ideas please

Did you look really really hard and with high magnification at the relay solder joints on the board?

Hi Mike thanks for the tip, no I don’t have very good eyes at the best of times and don’t have a maginfyer, guess I’d better get one
