    Hi All,
    anyone got a service manual for this appliance, it died during a power outage at the weekend during the storms.
    Customer is some 40 miles round trip so need some info as not seen one of these before, customer reports appliance dead except for prewash and wash led,s which flash now and then, sound like possible PCB failure ?.

    Bob,

    No chance of a manual I reckon 🙁 But its not complicated at all, yes it could have zapped the ‘Control Card (Part No: C00097890) but more likely it simply needs ‘Resetting’. 😉

    To do that get the customer to ‘press and hold’ the start button for 3 seconds…that may well cure it 💡
