Hotpoint DWF50 Error lights flashing

Hi,

I have a Hotpoint DWF50, on starting the machine the dishwasher fills with water, then i presume it goes on to the next stage, but i get 3-5 lights flashing, the dishwasher the empties itself and switches off. i have cleaned filters, taken the waste pump, pipes, hoses, everything off and cleaned them. still the same. the book says Filter Clogged, but it empties so can it still show blocked????

Its got me around the bend, can anyone help!!!!!!!!

It’s a Main Circulating Pump problem, it’s either jammed or more likely, burnt out! (usually a faint burning smell can be detected in the vacinity?
