    The dishwasher willl run all the way through the program but the heater does not come on. Heater is ok the relay on the pcb is not energising has any got any suggestions ?

    have you checcked to make sure that the thermo is giving power to the heater element? just a thought.

    I fitted a new relay on one of these the other day. Damn site quicker and cheaper than a new module!

    The heater is switched in the neutral. Check that there is live supply to the heater. If there is live then the chances are you have a fault on the board. (the heater is energised at the same time as the dispenser opens… always a useful tip).

    If you don’t want to change the relay, the boards are not that expensive. Only £15 or so from Connect.

    Always the module i’ve found, if they carry on right through the programe not heating some dont open dispenser as well sure fire giveaway.
