Hi, The top drawer of the dishwasher got stuck. I pulled hard and released it and the top spray arm came off. It is attached to the back of the machine by a pipe and sticks out under the top drawer.

There are two lugs and a hole (presumably for water) on the back of the machine. There are two holes in the back of the arm and a moving plate which also has two holes that moves a centimeter or so up and down behind the back plate. The two lugs do not fit in the holes. It looks as if it might rest on the bottom lug and fix into the top one but I can see no way of fixing it. Can anyone help??

    Nick

It should be attached to the basket, not the feed pipe at the back of the machine.

You are right! As I am sure you know!

I didn’t believe it when I read your post but we tried and fiddled about and now all is working again. Thank you! Thank you! Nick (and more especially, Jeanie my wife.
