    Originally AL05 Drain pump sticking and drain hose holed leaking down back into base of dishwasher. fitted drain pump and hose complete. Difficult to get pump off due to clearance of drain hose to items under sump. Removed base plate tipped on back and removed pump and drain hose. Now customer complains that cycle stopped halfway thru, first time out full of water and end didnt show, just lines on LCD as if reset pressed. i called round started quick wash completed ok. Cust opened door closed again after cycle had finished and AL02 appeared on display.

    What have i done?

    AL02 = Valve or connections

    check heater – although AL02 relates to valve its usually the heater
