ParticipantLately Iv been out On a few Hotpoint WT WML Models Customers Complaining of Low Quality Spin faults.
Iv failed To select a A full test On These by Selecting options Buttons 2+3 And D program Like It Is On The WMA Models.
Most Of The Time The appliance Is In A Tight Spot In The Kitchen. Or Under Neath The Stairs :rolls: lacking room to Pull the Motor Off.
Its Labor Intense And Its Knocking The Stuffing Out of be After An hour or so.
more Often than not There Nothing wrong With The Appliance The Customer has Selected A Low Spin Program.is There any Where i Can get These diagnostic info From.
Tried Hotpoint Themselves I was Told Hotpoint Don’t Exist Anymore. This is Indersit And we Don’t Give Any Help.garn happy and Prosperous 2011

Diagnostic tests will not help on this one.
Just tell the customer not to select the low spin program 🙂Graham

ParticipantIs it possible this model is aborting the spin cycle because of a too small load or an out of balance load? Have you tried spinning a test load?

Unless you have the Emit software or the hardware key then you cannot run through a test procedure, and to be honest the hardware key only tells you what the flashing lights tell you anyway.

I have The hardware key And The card reader Cost A Load of money 2years ago Never used Never Heard Of Anyone using It :rolls:ta Paul…
