Had this cooker 16 months and am far from impressed. Tonight it has decided to display error code F03 .The lcd then went blank with no power to the main oven. I turned off at the wall for a couple of hours and its now working again…… I have lost faith though. At the time of the error I had just put 36 fairy buns in there!!!!!
Hotpoint are not being helpful. Wanting to charge £100 min for call out.
TBH the oven has never been right. I can add an extra 10-15 mins on most cooking time.Longer if i am cooking more than one thing.I have had hotpoint out to check the oven and they claim its fine .I have since gone onto find the following website which lists identical problems to mine

It’s a temperature probe failure; top or bottom oven – the info I have access to is not specific. Presumably, it’s some sort of NTC (Negative Temperature Co-efficient) device – the hotter it gets, the lower the resistance.
Top oven probe is p/no C00193525, main oven one is p/no C00229691.
Power off if you intend to investigate this for yourself.
