    Hi I am having one of those weeks. I have a hotpoint fridge/freezer model xag95ti the fridge is not cold but the freezer is.The appliance has been defrosted and the fan is operating.Any ideas anyone.

    the baffle in the fridge will be stuck shut. The part comes as part of the complete duct and is not available as a separate item. If you undo the panel and push the baffle , it sometimes frees up and starts working. can be jammed due to frozen condensation. You should hear the baffle opening and closing when you open the fridge door
