Hotpoint F13

WD640. Went out to this machine with F13 fault coming up on dryer cycle (NTC Fault). Customer said clothes were warm but still wet when she took them out and F13 was showing. I did a search on here before i went and everything seems to check out ok. NTC not open circuit but not sure if range is correct, no broken wires, tightened up all connections on board, water valve ok. The dryer heats up, but no F13 came up while i was there. In search i read about “condenser filter” but where is this?, I could not seem to find a filter. I opened up the fan/heater housing and it was as clean as a whistle. Not heard back from customer as yet but want to be prepaired just in case.

Open up fan/heater at the rear you will see a hose that fits on to the top of
the condenser filter it should just slide out/up.

Give the ntc wires a good wiggle / pull.
You may find one that’s broken inside the insulation just near the terminal.
