Hi guys, i need a facia pcb for a customers machine, they are reporting the machine works but the facia is dead, the video they sent me also shows it working with a lifeless facia panel….. aswo and connect dont stock it, on ebay its listed as new and used, im presuming these need programming? or do they need to match the exact model? its the correct part number via Hopoints site for BHWDD74(UK) and industrial 80786160095…

I bet its only the back light that failed. if you shine a torch at the right angle at the screen you will see the display numbers
