Hotpoint Fan Oven FA3 544 CIX HA Element Location

Hi,
I’ve got a built in Hotpoint fan oven with a failing element. I understand the elements are usually under the fan cover at the back of the oven. This doesnt seem to be the case here. All I can see is the fan. Any idea where the element might be and how to access it?

Hi

your oven is fan assisted which means there is a base element and a top oven / grill element according to the attached image. So you need to determine which one is faulty.
