Hotpoint FDAL28P dishwasher fault

Hi,

We’ve looked at a Hotpoint dishwasher FDAL28P (SN 212053456 / 36769880100) with a fault and wondered if anyone can shed any light on the cause? Details as follows:

Machine will start ok and wash for 5 mins on the daily wash cycle. After five minutes the following lights flash and the machine drains and stops.

Start/pause – constant rapid flash
Wash – constant rapid flash
End – constant rapid flash

We’ve checked to see if this is a leak-into-base job but there is no water in the base tray and we can’t see a leak anywhere.

Once the machine faults, it can be reset and will start again as above before faulting again.

Any suggestions?

99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} certain it uses the same codes as the FDL range. Sadly looks like 1+3+4. 🙁

Thank you – very useful. We couldn’t find the fault codes for it anywhere. But yes, looks like a bad result!
