Hotpoint FDF780 D/W dead?

Live & neutral into main PCB in base, live up to and through door switch.

No visible damage on any of the three PCB’s.

Machine is totally dead, no lights, nothing.

Speculating that the main PCB is faulty, any other suggestions gratefully received. 🙂

This is the first of this generation I have encountered. :rolls:

Prob’ly the main board fitted a couple aslo the wires going down through the door are prone to breaking, do you have a test plug you can plug into the board to see if it lights up sometimes there is power to the board but it doesnt power up JJ

Sadly I don’t possess a test plug for these, unless you mean the hardware key Johnny?

All wiring looks sound.

Yes Jim l have my old clear hard ware key that i use as a quick test to see what the last fault was and to check if the board is powering upJJ
