Hotpoint fdl 570 can’t program

Have just fitted new pcb (main and facia) to this dw and tryed programming it with card progger but it will not do a thing no lights on programmer or anything. The pcb has power etc all connections have been checked replaced as necessary. Has anyone got any advice on this. Its a 601 by the way…

It says in the manual -You MUST hold the Reader in place whilst programming is taking place.
Is it possible that contacts aren’t making contact with module ?

nah checked all that had to get 2 extension leads to be able to hold progger and plug in, was thinking my progger is fried as the first pcb that i got was definitly faulty as it activated the dispenser solenoid soon as i plugged in. But if i put the progger in another machine with out the card the red light comes on…..
I’m at a loss what to do have been trying to get a hotpoint engineer to look at it but they just want to sell me a new pcb which its got already
