Hotpoint FDL570 dishwasher.

Fitted new heater; that works fine. Customer says that it will stop with all three lights on the right of the control panel lit with the start / pause lit as well. Looked up the error code and it seems like error 13 – virtual sensor. But then those lights lit could possibly point to flowmeter / air chamber problem (F05 IIRC). I watched it go through 2 speed cycles and it didn’t fault at all. Typical!
Question is – what is a virtual sensor and is it even fitted to this machine? If it is, what does it do and anyone have a part number or a photo so I can identify it?
