    I know this question has been asked before, but I can’t find the error code that corresponds with what I’m seeing.

    So that appears to be LED 1 (wash) and LED 3 (end) flashing. Symptoms are shortened wash cycle and no hot water.
    I assumed it would likely be the heater given this is a Hotpoint, but the error code for a faulty heater is something else, so wondering what it could be?

    pressure switch problem

    check hose and bell for blockages and leaks
