hi, my dishwasher has given up the ghost. The salt and rinse aid lights are constant red and the wash/3hr light is constant amber. There are no flashing lights. When I switch it on it fills with water which doesn’t heat up. After a few minutes it starts making a rhythmic humming noise but does nothing. No water is pumped around and the arms are still. When I switch it off it drains as usual.
Having read other threads I guessed the heater and main pump were at fault. I removed these and checked with the meter and get 50-60 ohms from both.
Any advice would be most grateful. Thanks.

Sounds like the main circulation motor has failed, very common fault on Indesit dishwashers. 🙁
