Sat watching this dishwasher now having first checked out the heater etc.
Customer says that when set to wash it starts, releases the tablet then shortly afterwards goes right to END.
Running now with my meter on and it is drawing 7.23 amps. Drawer has now just opened and it is continuing to wash, heater still on???
No error messages reported.
Any ideas. ❓

I actually set the machine on the Quickwash, I assumed ( correctly ) that this would be the fastest way to test the heater.
Customer says that she hasn’t used that programme, only Normal or Intensive.
She says it seems to release the tablet then go to the end, the innards are cold and the tablet is still in the bottom. Its as though it is doing a cold prewash and then going to end.
Checking the programmes, normal wash is a cold prewash but Intensive is a hot prewash. ❓ 😕
