    cust complaining of the lights go thru the wash then when they move onto rinse/dry it stays there forever no noise and empty.i am going here on thurs any ideas i know they have had loads of problems with the boards on these.

    the boards are fickle, just dont be shocked if theres something in the pump

    quick mechanical check, and if everythings ok, itll bw the board
