I had a chronic problem on one of these. Lights 1 & 3 error – blocked filter. After changing every major component it turned out to be water in the pressure switch (possibly due to customer putting bleach in machine and foam going everywhere!) I hope some poor unfortunate repairing a Hotpoint might save a couple of hours toil by reading this! 8)
