Hotpoint FDW20 top arm not spinning. Ideas?

Hello there.
Has anyone got any ideas why the top arm on my FDW20 will not spin? Its all clean and unblocked. The pump is as far as I can tell delivering lots of water and its not binding or hitting anything.
I took the tray out and connected it up to the garden hose. Water jetted from the holes a good 18″ but still it did not move.

Any ideas would be great.

Sounds like there may a problem with the arm itself, they are dirt cheap so worth a punt.

also at back of tub there is a white plastic nut that the spray arm feed locates in it should have a black seal in there chaeck that too 😀

Thanks for the advice. A new spray arm finally arrived yesterday (thanks postman) Put it on and its spinning away like a good ‘un.

So that is the tumble dryer and the dishwasher both fixed for next to nothing thanks to uk witegoods. Many thanks!
