Hotpoint FDW20P

Morning,
Friend has the above dishwasher (I don’t do them) says its running through all programmes but dosn’t heat. I checked the inline heater with stat and that’s fine. Presume the stat in the heater is just an overload stat and not running temperature. Can’t see any obvious temp control. Where next?

If you are certain the heater is Ok then its almost certainly a PCB failure, both heater and PCB are very common faults on these ‘Indesit’ dishwashers.

Two different PCB’s both around £60 ex vat, list price.

Full serial number needed to identify correct part.

Dunno what “search engine” you’re on about but C00144314 is the correct number for the board you need. 😕
