ParticipantJust had a call about this one. Customer says fast and dry and delicate lights are flashing.
Anyone know what this means?
Cheers,

Ask your customer again which number LED’s are flashing? There are 6 in total and counting from left to right (Ist one being No1 LED) then look them up in the KNOWN ERROR CODES on Page 3. 😀

Just spoken to the customer.
They say its the 5th and 7th light. I have checked the known codes but that only goes up to 6?

You only count the six programme sequence lights, not the salt indicator. 😉
Yours will be 4+6, guess what, its a no heat problem. Either the element or the PCB in 99{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of cases.

It could be a loose NTC, if that falls off inside the door it will go into error mode after a short while as well.
