Hotpoint FDW60

Have a customer that says her Hotpoint FDW60 goes through the wash and near the end the fast and normal lights (2 + 4) start to flash and it goes dead. She says the things inside are still wet like it hasn’t completed the cycle. I am going around tomorrow but does anyone have an idea on this as lights 2 and 4 does not exist as a fault code.

As you say, not a recognised code. I have sent you some reading material.

Where are you based in Woking, one of my brothers lives in Horsell Park, was down there a few weeks ago to attend his birthday party.

sounds like heater circuit fault or Bit 100 timer, had many give up.
