Hotpoint FDW60 dishwasher.

Hi.

Can anybody tell me why the top spray arm won`t go round when washing on this dishwasher.

Everything seems ok except top arm worn and wobbles a bit.

There seems sufficient pressure thru` the duct to the arm but it won`t turn.Bottom arm is fine.

There are no obstructions or obvious blockages.

Any ideas?.

chance are that you either have a faulty circulation motor or lower spray arm

i think this machine has a water diverter on the circ pump, maybe a fault there.

New top spray arm and upper feed pipe maybe?

Having the same problem, upper spray arm not rotating, water comming out but not very powerful. I suspect the half load valve, but this only comes with a complete wash motor. Anyone else had this problem

faulty ring nut seal were upper spray arm locates on back
