Replaced a very rusted up spray pump motor today as machine was showing: Eco+Prewash= ‘Circ pump not working’ fault, Trouble is when testing same fault showing. Tried a reset but fault persisted checked motor connections all OK. After about 6 attempts at resetting and re starting the motor kicked in to life so I presume the motor is good, However tried again on a 65c wash and the 3+5 fault reappeared!

Any ideas would be much appreciated

P.S The machine is on hot fill and is situated next to the Combi boiler, So the water intake is very hot, Not sure if this could make a difference.

    Thanks in advance

Not sure but reading the user manual it does stipulate Cold Fill.

3+5 is blocked filters. can also be mesh plate, filter or microfilter, pressure sensor, pressure switch, as well as circulation pump.

Jim, Have never been sure how these models measure water intake, Always presumed that the pressure switch was for flood protection and the gadget attached to the motor with a micro switch was for the heater. All filters fine but most of the time the motor didn’t kick in So I’m just wondering that after a fault there is another reset procedure rather than just holding the start button for 5 seconds.

I’ll send you the manual if you like, the gadget attached just above the motor is the flowmeter.

Thanks Very Much for that Jim I will have a good read over the weekend as I’m determined to get this one sorted as the customer got a Friend to let me in and left the cash on the work top to pay me 🙁 Would have just about made up for what turned out to be : Not a good week.
